Why I Built ViraLinq: The Creator Profile Engine for the Interest Media Era

I realized views were not the real problem. Creators were getting discovered by intent, but their profiles were still built like static link pages.

I am Lou, founder of ViraLinq.

Before building this, I was an IT analyst trying to build something bigger while living a normal working life.

Like many people, I tried social media. YouTube, Reels, and other content formats never really clicked for me.

Then I tried TikTok.

I saw some traction through affiliate content in the Philippines. What surprised me was that videos with fewer views sometimes generated more sales than videos with higher views.

That made me realize something important: views were not the whole story. Attention mattered, but interest and intent mattered more.

Around the same time, AI became more accessible. What started as curiosity led me to build an MVP.

At first, ViraLinq was a better link-in-bio tool. But the bigger idea became clear when I heard GaryVee talk about the shift from social media to interest media.

It matched what I was already seeing.

Interest media means people do not only discover you because they follow you. They discover you because the algorithm believes your content matches what they care about right now.

That means a creator’s next profile visitor may be a stranger with intent. They may not know your story yet, but they are curious enough to click.

Content discovery was no longer driven by followers alone. Algorithms were connecting creators with people based on interests and intent.

The algorithm got smarter. Creator profiles stayed static.

That is the gap I could not ignore.

Discovery became smarter, but the page people land on after discovery stayed almost the same: a static list of buttons.

Most bio link pages are still just lists of buttons. They do little to explain the creator, guide visitors, or turn discovery into action.

That is why I built ViraLinq.

ViraLinq is a smart creator profile engine for the interest media era.

Its goal is simple: help creators turn algorithm-driven attention into meaningful action by improving clarity, guiding visitors, and increasing conversions.

ViraLinq is being built to help creators structure their profile around intent: what visitors came for, what action matters most, and which link should be easiest to understand first.

I built it because I experienced the same struggle—creating content, chasing views, and wondering why attention did not always lead to results.

This is for creators, affiliates, freelancers, builders, and anyone trying to turn attention into something real.

ViraLinq is for the people who are tired of chasing views without knowing what happens next.

The new algorithm can bring attention. Your profile should help turn that attention into trust, clicks, and revenue.

If social media is becoming interest media, creator profiles need to evolve too.

The algorithm got smarter. Creator profiles need to get smarter too.

That is why ViraLinq exists.
