By accessing or using ViraLinq, you agree to use the site and service in a lawful, responsible, and non-abusive manner.

ViraLinq LLC provides creator profile and conversion-page software for social traffic, Viral Links, presentation controls, analytics, and adaptive link ordering. Paid plans are monthly software subscriptions for access to ViraLinq features.

ViraLinq LLC provides software subscription access only. Paid plans cover access to ViraLinq software features and do not create financial accounts, stored-value accounts, or payout accounts.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use ViraLinq for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, spam, phishing, or harmful activity.

You are responsible for the content, links, offers, booking paths, contact points, and destinations you add to your ViraLinq profile. You must ensure your use complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and payment provider requirements.

ViraLinq LLC may update or modify parts of the site, service, pricing, features, or policies from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Access to paid plans, digital services, and account-related benefits is governed by the plan selected and the pricing and billing terms shown at the time of purchase. Review the pricing, refund policy, and cancellation policy before upgrading.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site or service.
